Yvette and her family relocated to the Hills four years ago from chilly Victoria. We’re delighted she’s embracing the local garden challenges and leading the Mundaring Garden Club.
- Vice President: Liz
Liz has taken up this role for a second year and keeps us on our toes with constitutional compliance! Thanks Liz!
- Treasurer: Glenise Burge
Glenise is a new member to the club and first-time MGC committee member. We’re delighted to welcome her to the role of treasurer.
- Secretaries Mary Denniss and Teresa Greenfield
We all look forward to Mary’s friendly, fortnightly newsletters and her wonderful Irish sense of humour.
And a huge thank you to Teresa who works tirelessly and effectively in her many roles in the club.

We are also saying goodbye to some incredible, long-serving committee members who have left an indelible mark on our club:
- Helen Mitchell: Thank you, Helen, for your fantastic achievements as President! Your hard work finally saw our long-held plan realized: the Mundaring Garden Club is now an incorporated body! Great work!
- Elaine Bornshin and Mary White: We are sad to see these dedicated members step down from their committee roles but fortunately, they’ll still be a part of the club. Their combined service totalled an outstanding 30 years on the committee. Thank you both so much for your commitment! Dedication such as theirs is what makes our club so successful.
We look forward to a vibrant and enjoyable year of gardening and growth under our new leadership!
